How We Calculate Your Price
We provide a flat rate based on:
- The size of your move (inventory list or walk-through)
- The distance between addresses
- Special requirements (e.g. stairs, elevators, long walk, packing, storage)
You’ll receive a written quote before your move, and that price is locked in — even if the move takes longer than expected.
We’ve included starting flat rates for local jobs based on apartment size. These are not hourly prices — we don’t charge by the hour at all.

Are there really no extra fees?
Yes. Everything is included in the flat rate unless you request extra services after booking. We'll explain all the details up front.
What is your shuttle policy?
Our shuttle policy states that if our tractor-trailer can’t reach the delivery address (due to low bridges, small roads, etc.), we’ll arrange a shuttle. This may incur an additional fee — but we always explain this upfront, before booking.
What if the move takes longer than expected?
No problem. Your flat rate is locked in. You’ll pay exactly what we quoted.
Do you still offer packing services?
Yes! Packing, unpacking, and storage can be included in your flat-rate quote.
